The Main working procedure: 1.Clamp the nickel shim and then wrapped around the master roller,the repeat length (wrapped circumference) depend on the diameter of master roller.Normally we can supply different design and length as customer need, just to change the different master roller) 2.Heating the master roller, after embossing the hologram pattern willtransferedto Aluminum film by heating master roller and impress by smooth roller.Following is the embossed Aluminumfilm with pigeon pattern 3.thenthe embossed film will be rewoundonto a rewind rollerthroughpneumatic shaft.
